Where Do I Start? - Application Procedures for first-time applicants

Veterans begin by logging into the Veterans On Line Application web-site VONAPP and submitting an Application. The web site provides detailed information and links to state, county, and local organizations that will assist service members, veterans and their beneficiaries. We recommend that Veterans apply early because this process can take several months before VA Eligibility is determined.
